Who can join?
Anyone with an interest can join this site. We encourage new cells in new locations and you may contact us or post to the forums for assistance in getting started if you are uncertain. We encourage everyone to build a mechanically sound character. Admins may determine what "mechanically sound" consists of, and may suggest revisions if needed.
